Dehydrated Yellowfoot chanterelle

This little flower-like wonder offers delicate flavors and aromas. Its thin wall gives it a tender flesh and rehydrates easily.

Taste : buttery, nutty, and fruity.

Accompanies : cheeses, poultry, fish, pasta, béchamel, omelettes, cream.
The mushrooms available here are dehydrated. In addition to being a great way to preserve mushrooms, dehydrating concentrates their taste. We can therefore obtain quite spicy sauces!

To use them, you must first rehydrate them by covering them with water for 15 or 20 minutes. You can then simply sauté them in the pan for a few minutes, add a touch of cream if desired and you’re done. Always save the rehydration liquid to deglaze your mushrooms or for a future recipe!
