Wild rice, also called wild oats, was the basis of the First Nations diet, extremely nutritious, it is one of the superfoods that we must reincorporate into our eating habits. This long rice has become, for foodies, a delicacy.

Amyco Canadian wild rice is rich in proteins, and particularly in lysine and amino acid, limited in other cereals.

Use 3 cups of water for 1 cup of rice. When boiling, reduce the heat and cover for about 35 minutes, drain and serve.
