Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) A surprising mushroom! It contains more antioxidants than any other food analyzed on the planet! An infusion of chaga produces a sweet, pleasant-tasting herbal tea with notes reminiscent of vanilla or caramel. Try it cold or hot, on its own or with milk and a dash of maple syrup! Mild and powerful, use it often!
Put about 1 tablespoon of ground chaga in 1 liter of simmering water and let infuse for 1 or 2 minutes. Filter and consume. You can also use ground chaga in an espresso machine, either on its own or mixed with coffee. You can reuse the beans for a 2nd infusion.
